Once considered a dapper accessory, as seen on dashing matinee idols like Errol Flynn and Clark Gable, moustaches have pretty much been abandoned in recent years for a more clean-shaven look.
Not so for a bunch of men in Herefordshire, who have put down their razors for a whole month and who are now sporting the upper lip facial hair to raise money and awareness for prostate cancer.
Employees of Saxtys, Watercress Harry’s and Pedicabs are among those who are cultivating moustaches to be in prime condition for a special party at Watercross Harry’s on November 29 to mark their efforts for the charity Movember
