The result of a post-mortem examination on a 60-year-old man found in High Street, Ross-on-Wye, on Friday evening indicated he died of natural causes. The police have confirmed they are not looking for anyone else in connection with his death.
The unnamed man was found collapsed at 8.55pm on Friday and was given emergency CPR by off-duty ambulance staff. He was later taken by paramedics to Hereford County Hospital but died en-route.
As a precautionary measure, one man was arrested in connection with the incident but later released on police bail. Police would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the man immediately prior to him being treated by ambulance staff or who may have other information on the incident.
