Local MP Paul Keetch says he is pleased that a dispute over parking and delivery arrangements at a Ross shopping centre has been resolved.
Mr Keetch visited Croft Court Shopping Centre at the request of local shopkeepers, who have been experiencing problems with deliveries due to illegally parked cars.
Following talks with Herefordshire Council, Mr Keetch announced that on council advice, no vehicles should be parked on the site at any time in the interest of public safety.
Mr Keetch said: “Double yellow lines have been installed at the entrance to the Crofts in order to curtail the use of the footpath in this way and the flowerpots which had been placed on this route are to be removed to ease pedestrian access.”
