A motorist who died after being involved in a crash between Little Mill and Usk last Friday has been named by police as Andrew John Owen Wilson, 57, from Ross-on-Wye.
He died following a collision involving a Vauxhall Corsa and a tractor on the A472 at Monkswood at about 5.10pm on Friday, November 28.
Mr Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene.
