A man was taken to hospital by ambulance after he was found unconscious in the road in Hampton Park Road, Hereford, shortly before 9.30am yesterday, Tuesday.
A spokeswoman for the West Midlands Ambulance Service said: “On arrival crews found a man unconscious in the road. It is believed the motorbike he had been in travelling on had been in collision with a car.
“Crews treated a man, believed to be in his 50’s, for serious head and chest injuries.
“The man was taken Hereford County Hospital for further assessment and treatment.”
